It can be a post, a video, or a chat. You do not need to understand every detail to know it is a threat.

Do not spread it
Forwarding, even as a warning to friends, can spread fear and the original message.

Tell the police
Save the message if you can do that safely. Report it. This is not something to solve inside a group chat.
