  1. Scam message

We have your passwords and photos. Pay ₹10,000 in the next hour or we will send them to your contacts.

  2. What you might say

I will change my passwords myself.

  3. Scam message

Changing the password will not help. Pay first, or the timer on the leak starts.

Do not pay someone who says they will delete your data. Change the password from the official app or site, and tell the company.

  1. 01

A password or old leak is reused

The same password on many sites makes this easier. Sometimes a company you use is the place the data came from.

  2. 02

    You see a sign

A login you do not recognise, a reset mail, or a threat that names private details.

  3. 03

    What to do

Change the password from the real website. Do not pay the threat. If money or an OTP was shared, call 1930.
